MMA legend Frank Shamrock has a huge fight this Saturday night versus Nick Diaz. It will be Strikeforce's debut on SHOWTIME and judging from the talk Shamrock has been doing on his Yardbarker blog, it's going to be a great event. When he wins, I will be taking partial credit for helping him train, as seen in this video from one of his gyms in San Jose, CA.
